Apologize ist die dritte Auskoppelung des Albums "Timbaland Presents Shock Value". Hierbei handelt es sich um eine Kooperation mit OneRepublic, einer Pop-Rock-Band. Im Jahr 2005 wurde der Song das erste Mal aufgenommen und 2007 für dieses Album remixt. Der Song wurde in Österreich und der Schweiz am 2. November 2007 veröffentlicht, in Deutschland eine Woche später. In Österreich stieg der Song am 16. November 2007 auf Platz 7 und in der Schweiz am 4. November auf Platz 29 ein. Zwei Wochen nach Einstieg konnte der Song in Österreich die Höchstposition erreichen, ebenso in der Schweiz. In Deutschland stieg der Song sofort von Null auf 1 ein.

Das Video von OneRepublic unterscheidet sich von diesem hier, das hier gezeigte stammt von der Remix Version von Timbaland.

Persönlich

Mir hat diese Lied auf Anhieb gut gefallen, als ich das Video bei YouTube fand, wurde mir die Stimmung wunderbar vor Augen geführt, deswegen musste es einfach hierher.
Es handelt sich bei diesem Video übrigens um das erste, welches ich auf diese Seite gestellt habe.
